Standard shipping fee is $7 (per item) to Canada and US.

Express Shipping may be available (please contact for more info on pricing and availability)

Estimated Standard Shipping Times

United States: 2-3 weeks.

Canada: 2-3 weeks.

We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and world quarantine.

Made to order items may take up to 10 days to ship.

Ready to ship items will process in 1-3 days after the purchase.

Parcels are sent via Canada Post Standard Delivery.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Claims must be made through your local postal agency/law enforcement.

We do take photos of all items/orders upon delivery and record the delivery process.

I cannot accept returns/exchanges for custom or personalized orders (this includes any type of embroidery, custom fabric, or design changes).
